A Family Night at the
Roy Thompson Hall

It was fun to see the TSO conducted by Manfred Honeck with the guest baritone, Matthias Goerne.  It was a night with songs from Gustav Mahler  "Des Knaben Wunderhorn" interpreted by Matthias.  We had some refreshments at the Maestro's Club Lounge during the intermission.  Then we heard the Symphony No. 5 in E Minor, Op. 64  from Tchaikovsky during the second half of the concert.   Then we head to the shops to get some souvenirs.

Caitlyn: Roy Thompson Hall is cool but the concert was too long.

Dad got us some KPMG box  tickets for the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.  Nice view.

The ladies checking out the programme.

Then they checked out the shops.

Nice concert but it would be nice if he sang in English and not German.
